You don't have to open an account. If you've already opened one and disagree with a term, contact our support team to discuss your concern. We can't change terms for individual accounts, but we can explain how they apply to your situation.

We can update these terms, but we'll notify you via email and in-app message at least 14 days before changes take effect. You can review the changes in your account settings. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the new terms apply.

File a complaint through our support team with details about what happened. We'll investigate within five business days and respond with our findings. If you're not satisfied, you can escalate to our legal team for formal review.

Your account balance is held separately from masterkiu's operating funds. Deposits through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are also governed by each payment partner's security terms. We outline fund protection procedures in our privacy policy.

Bonus terms sit alongside these account terms, not above them. If a bonus term conflicts with an account term, the account term applies. We post specific bonus terms when each promotion runs so you see both sets of rules.

These terms stay in effect for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, the terms no longer apply to you, but they may still govern disputes or claims related to your past activity.
